FAQs
Q1: Are these models real people? Can we get sued for likeness issues?
A: No — all models featured in Studio Abdul visuals are 100% AI-generated and do not depict real people.
We do not use photographs or biometric references of existing individuals in our generation process. Every face, body, and feature is fictional and uniquely crafted using proprietary AI prompts.
For full transparency, each project includes a Model Release Statement confirming that no real person was used, replicated, or referenced in the creation of your visuals. This eliminates any risk of likeness or identity-related claims.
Optional Add-on: We can embed a “fictional model disclaimer” into image metadata or watermark file names by request.
Q2: Could these visuals contain copyrighted or stolen content?
A: No. Studio Abdul does not use copyrighted photos, celebrity likenesses, or designer/artist references as prompts or inputs.
We create every image from scratch using carefully designed prompts that avoid replicating real-world works or recognizable brand identities.
We describe aesthetics in general terms only (e.g. “old-money coastal” or “city glam”) and avoid phrases like “in the style of [brand].” Every image is reviewed for originality and ethical alignment before delivery.
Q3: Will we have proof of usage rights if needed?
A: Yes — every purchase or project from Studio Abdul is covered by a clearly written License Agreement, which outlines what you can and cannot do with the visuals. You’ll receive this as a downloadable PDF with your order or client delivery.
This document includes:
Your allowed usage (e.g. commercial, social, digital, packaging)
Restrictions (e.g. resale, NFT minting, redistribution)
Clarification on exclusivity (available upon request)
Ownership rights and Studio Abdul’s reuse policy (if applicable)
Bonus: Bespoke clients can also receive a Certificate of Use for internal documentation or legal backup.
Q4: How do you ensure brand safety with AI visuals?
A: We understand the importance of brand tone, cultural sensitivity, and content alignment. That’s why we involve clients directly in the creative process.
In our custom packages, you can:
Submit detailed prompts or brand tone/mood boards
Approve visual direction before production
Receive 2 (or 3) rounds of revisions depending on your package
Every project is guided by a human creative director (not automated), ensuring that your final visuals are not only beautiful — but safe, strategic, and brand-right.
